With a wealth of knowledge from his learnings and experiences at various gyms, Mitch's main focus is on optimising and personalising training to help everyone reach their fitness goals. Owner-of-Owner and Head Nutritionist, Georgie has worked in the health and fitness industry for over 8 years, brings a holistic and long-term approach to nutrition and is passionate about nutrition for foodies, fuelling your body, enjoying every bite! As a mum, she knows how easy it is to put your health on the back-burner, striving to provide a supportive and accessible space for all to train and prioritise themselves. Georgie loves the sense of community in the wellness space and is excited to help others experience that same connection and support at 2500FIT Function.
Scout Henbrow
Scout is a passionate fitness coach dedicated to empowering others to achieve their best selves. With a background in health and fitness, Scout blends her expertise with a down-to-earth, approachable style, making fitness accessible and fun for everyone. Whether she’s simply sharing valuable tips or working one-on-one with clients, Scout is driven by her love for helping people grow stronger—physically and mentally. Her focus on strength and movement keeps clients & peers motivated and engaged in their wellness.
Tas Liston
Tas has been working in the fitness industry for 3 years, bringing her Cert 3 & 4 qualifications and a passion for helping clients become their strongest, most confident selves. With a background in competitive cheerleading as both a coach and athlete, Tas brings energy and enthusiasm to every session. Her favourite part of coaching is celebrating the small wins and big milestones, pushing members to reach their full potential.
Saxon Macquarie
Saxon completed his Cert III and IV in fitness with UOW College and brings 6 years of personal gym experience to his coaching. Growing up playing hockey and basketball, Saxon developed a deep passion for strength and conditioning, especially in preparing for sports and competition. His favourite part of coaching is seeing clients progress and gain confidence as they crush their goals. His playful spirit animal is a Labrador— always ready to cheer on his "hoomans" with plenty of energy and support!
Charlotte FLynn
Charlotte, with her Cert III in Fitness and currently working towards her Cert IV. She loves working alongside clients and helping them get fitter and stronger, while celebrating hitting personal bests along the way. She loves getting a sweat on and the heart rate UP—whether lifting weights or having a boogie, "There’s always time for a bit of dancing!".
