Nutrition Coaching

45 minute sessions, either physical or digital, designed to support your health, weight loss and muscle gain goals, we work with you to set goals and create nutrition plans that align with your desired outcomes—whether that's weight loss, muscle gain or overall health improvement.

Learn the principles of nutrition and how to apply them to your daily life. Our coaching emphasises sustainable lifestyle changes that lead to long-term success.

The program includes body scans, regular check-ins and 1:1 nutrition catch-ups to track your progress, make necessary adjustments, keep you accountable and ensuring you stay on track receiving ongoing support throughout your learning and application!

Semi-Private Personal Training

For a more personalised, yet community-driven workout experience, our 1 hour, semi-private sessions combine the benefits of 1:1 training with the energy and camaraderie of a group! (2-4ppl)

You’ll receive focused, tailored coaching while sharing the experience with pals, making it both affordable and motivating. With individualised attention and customised programs, we help you progress toward each of your specific fitness goals, whether looking to build strength, improve conditioning or simply stay active.

Our trainers are there to ensure you’re moving well and staying on track, all while enjoying the support and encouragement of a small, tight-knit group.

Wtf is a "No Sweat Intro"???

Our No Sweat Intro is an easy, commitment-free way to get started with us! In 30min session, we’ll sit down with you to learn more about your fitness goals, current lifestyle and any specific challenges you’re facing. This is all about understanding you better, so we can tailor a fitness plan that aligns with your goals and abilities.

No pressure, no workout, just a conversation to help us map out the best path for your success. We'll work together to create a clear and achievable plan for real results!
